Hello Cougar Family,
This week is an exciting week. We have our first football game of the season!
A couple of reminders for you for the rest of this week and next.

Report time for the game this Friday is 5:00pm in the UHS Band Room.
A rough schedule of the day will look like this:

Next Weeks Rehearsals: Tuesday 5pm-8pm, Wednesday Sectional 4pm-6pm for Percussion and Brass, Thursday 5pm-8pm.

Next week's game at Cypress Creek will be our first away game of the year. More to come on report times later.

Next Saturday 9/12 is our rehearsathon rehearsal. This is very important and mandatory.
It is scheduled 9am-6pm with a lunch break 12:30pm-1:30pm.

Wednesday 9/9 we will hold a meeting for those that are able to help with this year's University Classic.
This is a huge event and fundraiser for us and we need support from all parents!
No matter what your availability is, there is plenty to help with.

Monday 9/14 Band Parent Meeting 7pm. Our season is in full swing now!
This meeting will get you lots of information for the season, the classic,
and we will be going "Live" and unveiling the new online accounting system and new UHSBand.com website!
Students will be getting their site login information and a demonstration of the new site will be shown as well.
Thank you to Ray Malanga who has put in countless hours creating the new website and
inventing a new accounting program for us.

Be Advised. The school is charging for parking at the home football games this year.
I believe the parking is $2.00.
